I’m a 20+ year Human Resources and Operations Executive who partners with you in navigating growth and change.
I’ve spent my career helping leaders find clarity, confidence, and courage in the face of complexity. I’ve worked across sectors, tackled big challenges, and learned (sometimes the hard way) that leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about asking the right questions, listening deeply, and showing up with heart.
I’m the coach who challenges you, cheers for you, and calls you out (lovingly) when you’re playing small.

Why “Prismatic Spring” Executive Coaching?
Named after the awe-inspiring Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone National Park, the name is a reflection of what coaching is all about.
A prism refracts light, revealing a spectrum of colors, just as coaching helps you see yourself and your challenges from new perspectives, often uncovering strengths and possibilities you didn’t know were there.
And like a spring, coaching is about renewal. Growth. Forward movement. A fresh start.
That same spirit infuses what I do in coaching, helping leaders navigate change, see clearly, and move forward with purpose.
This springs from my own deep connection with nature. My family is en route to visiting all 63 U.S. National Parks, a glorious adventure filled with discovery, resilience, and awe.
